New York Fashion Week is in full swing and we caught up with one of our favorite stars (and #Latina30Under30 nominees), Victoria Justice, front row at Rebecca Minkoff.
How does it feel to be nominated for a Latina’s 30 Under 30 award?
VJ: Oh it’s great! I’m so excited to be nominated! And I think my mom is very proud that I’m nominated. She’s like, "You guys have to vote for Victoria!"
What other shows are you going to this season?
VJ: I’m going to DKNY, Versace Versus, and Alice and Olivia.
With Hispanic Heritage Month coming up, what would you say makes you proud to be Latina?
VJ: So many things! I think my great grandma makes me proud to be Latina — she’s 93 years old and the feistiest, most got-it-together woman. She's a strong lady, and she was born in Puerto Rico... She makes me proud to be Latina.
