There's nothing better than a sense of humor. And fashion duo behind the line Opening Ceremony proved just that when they spoofed the New York Fashion Week scene in their NYFW show.
In the play "100 Percent Lost Cotton," directed by Spike Jonze, and written by Spike Jonze and Jonah Hill, Humberto Leon and Carol Lim poked fun at the fashion industry and the stresses of fashion week.
"I was just happy to work with Spike on a play," Hill told AP after the show. In the story, Elle Fanning befriends an older, jaded model at a casting as Leon and stylist "Brian," played by Bobby Cannavale, prepare the spring collection — the company's real one — for a presentation.
Karlie Kloss and Dree Hemingway also make appearances. We'll say this: when it comes to fashion week, a different approach is a remembered approach. Bravo!
